These Terms of Service govern your use of our online weight loss pharmacy service. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Havant is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Havant and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council's standards for registered pharmacies.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may void your order and could constitute a criminal offence.
All prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our registered prescriber. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist will review your consultation and supporting information before approving any medication.
We do not issue prescriptions for medications that are not clinically indicated or that fall outside current MHRA and NICE guidelines. Any prescription issued remains the property of the patient but may not be transferred to a third party for unauthorised use.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect the suitability of your treatment.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for a prescription that is declined by our pharmacist. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Orders are sent via a tracked delivery service to the address provided during registration.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy law, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you receive the wrong medication or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective clinical care.
We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries, including subject access requests, within 48 hours. Full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
The information provided through our service is for clinical treatment purposes only and does not constitute general medical advice. Our service does not replace your NHS GP or primary care provider. If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.
Weight loss results vary between individuals. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from the use of any prescribed medication.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
